Smoked Salmon Breakfast Bowl - Keto Recipes



INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup of steel cut oats

~1/2 cup of milk of choice

1 tbsp grated parmesan

1/2 tbsp salted butter

2 slices of  smoked salmon

1/2 of an avocado

2 handfuls of spinach

1 small tomato

2 eggs

Handful of cilantro

*One serving


DIRECTIONS:

For the egg, bring water & 2 tbsp of vinegar to a boil. Crack the egg into a small dish. Use a spoon to swirl the water around & create a “vortex”. Pour the egg in the middle of the vortex & lower the heat. Take the egg out after 2 ish mins (just depends on how runny you want it).

Serve everything over a bed of spinach & top with lots of lemon juice, salt & pep.
